Times published on the routes pages are planning estimates and depend on traffic, weather, roadworks and border queues.

What happens next

Every price is confirmed in writing before a car is held

  1. 1. A dispatcher checks the route

    We review your pickup and drop-off points, passenger count, luggage volume and the time you asked for, then look at what is free on that date.

  2. 2. You receive a written quote

    The reply names the vehicle class, the pickup window and the price, written as from UAH 6,900, subject to confirmation. Nothing is agreed until you accept it in writing.

  3. 3. Availability is checked, not guaranteed

    Sending the form does not reserve a vehicle. A transfer is booked only once we confirm the slot and you accept the written quote. Requests sent less than 24 hours before pickup are often declined.
